Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
We take about 2-7 business days to create “Shirt Tells” (t-shirts) and 2-5 business days for “Tote Allies” and “Makur Case” (tote bags and iPhone cases). Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [email protected] noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
Each product is made and packaged with love just for you. Unless your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cannot process cancellations, returns or exchanges.
However, the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with an incorrect or damaged item. If your product arrives incorrect or damaged, please let us know within 14 days. After 14 days, we will not be able to send you a new item.
PLEASE be sure to double check the size chart in each listing. Note that “Adult” t-shirts are uni-sex, so if you are a female, you may want to order one size smaller. (For example, if you normally wear a large, but in the tri-blend adult shirts, the medium fits well.) This way, you’ll order the shirt with the perfect fit.
It’s important to check the size charts for each shirt, as we sell multiple types of shirts. Plus, these shirts might fit differently then the ones you normally wear.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. (Sizing charts can be found on each items order page.) Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
